The Role - Art Teaching Assistant I am recruiting for a Art Teaching Assistant, as an Art Teaching Assistant, you will support the Art Department by assisting teachers during practical lessons, preparing resources and materials, maintaining the art classroom, and providing one-to-one and small group support to students. The successful Art Teaching Assistant will encourage creativity, help students develop their artistic skills and confidence, and ensure they remain engaged throughout lessons. You will work closely with teaching staff to create a positive, organised, and inspiring learning environment where all students can thrive. The ideal Art Teaching Assistant will have a genuine passion for art and education, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Previous experience working with young people or within a school setting is desirable but not essential.
