The School & Role This school in East Grinstead is a supportive and inclusive special school for pupils age with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Their multidisciplinary approach provides a unique environment for developing your understanding of behaviour, emotional regulation, and therapeutic support strategies. This Aspiring Child Counsellor / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role in East Grinstead is ideal for graduates seeking experience before progressing into careers such as Child Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Mental Health Support. You will work closely with experienced staff and therapists to support pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and access to learning.
