We're on the lookout for motivated Assemblers to join a dynamic production team in Colchester. If you enjoy practical work and want to develop your skills in engineering and manufacturing, this is the perfect opportunity! Shifts Available • Monday to Friday • Early Shift: 6:00AM - 14:00PM (£14.54ph) • Late Shift: 14:00PM - 22:00PM (£15.62ph) • Core Shift: (£13.47ph) Induction: Monday, 7:30AM start Competitive hourly pay + holiday pay, pension & Adecco benefits What You'll Be Doing • Assembling fans using various components • Working from technical drawings • Using hand and power tools • Soundproofing units using rockwool material • Supporting across departments as needed What We're Looking For • Experience with hand and power tools (preferred but not essential) • A reliable, hardworking attitude • Willingness to learn and adapt • Interest in engineering or manufacturing Full training provided - great entry into the industry!
