Job description

Production Operative (Assembly) - Temp to Perm - HarlowWe are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks. The RoleYou will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment. Duties include: • Assembling products using small components and hand tools • Operating semi-automated machinery • Following clear, step-by-step instructions • Carrying out quality checks throughout the process • Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all times This is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.
