As an Assembly Operative, you'll work on a variety of exciting projects, assembling high-quality products while developing your skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Assemble products to a high standard using hand and power tools • Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions • Assist with basic LED wiring and electrical assembly • Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment • Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines Desirable Skills • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience • Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge • Strong attention to detail • Reliable, flexible and a great team player • Willingness to work overtime when needed If you're a motivated Assembly Operative who enjoys hands-on work and wants to join a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
