With ambitious growth plans and a future IPO on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at a pivotal stage in its development. Working closely alongside the Head of Finance, you will gain broad exposure across all aspects of the finance function while playing a key role in supporting the business's continued success. Key Responsibilities • Purchase Ledger management • Sales Ledger processing • General Ledger maintenance • Credit Control • Cash and Banking administration • Payment processing and reconciliations • Assisting with payroll duties • Supporting the Head of Finance with monthly management accounts and financial reporting • Providing additional support across the wider business when required About YouThe ideal candidate will: • Be studying towards or qualified in AAT, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) • Have a minimum of 2–3 years' experience within a similar accounts position • Possess strong double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliation skills • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Enjoy working within a busy SME environment • Be flexible and willing to take a hands-on approach across both finance and administrative tasks Applications are also welcomed from Qualified by Experience (QBE) candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience within a similar role.
