Assistant Pub Manager (Full-Time - 40 Hours per week) Salary: £32000 per annum I am recruiting for a welcoming, family-run pub looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Pub Manager to join their friendly team. The Role As Assistant Pub Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities • Support the Pub Manager in the smooth operation of the business • Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example • Help manage staff, including training and rota planning • Oversee food and drink service to ensure high standards • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling • Support the organisation of events such as quiz nights and special functions • Step up to manage the pub in the absence of the Manager About You • Previous experience in hospitality or pub management • Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences • Positive, energetic, and a strong team player • Well organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends What’s on Offer • Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum • Live-in accommodation available • Supportive, family-run environment • Opportunity to grow within the business • A fun and dynamic workplace
