Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer Location: Wellingborough Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 On Target Earnings: £45,000+ Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced estate agency professional with a proven track record in residential property valuations? Our client, one of Northamptonshire's leading independent estate agencies, is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven individual to join their successful Wellingborough office. Depending on your experience, this opportunity could suit a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Assistant Branch Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities • Conduct residential market appraisals and valuation appointments. • Generate new property listings and secure instructions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients. • Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion. • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the customer journey. • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate. • Assist with the day-to-day running of the branch. The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience within residential estate agency. • Proven experience conducting residential property valuations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware. • Professional, personable, and customer-focused. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
