Assistant Buyer

Job Title: Assistant Buyer Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year + Training & Development Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Closing date: 24th July 2026 Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy streamlining processes? As an Assistant Buyer, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient order management across our sites and ERP systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, family-owned business that's growing at pace. You'll manage day-to-day material and plant orders in a fast-paced, reactive environment, build supplier relationships, drive cost-reducing activities, and support continuous improvement across the business. Danaher & Walsh is a reputable Civil Engineering business specialising in infrastructure, public projects and utilities, operating primarily across the central parts of England. This role comes with genuine self-sufficiency and real scope to grow and develop as the company expands.
