Key Duties & Responsibilities for Front of House Supervisor • The Role • We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our busy catering service. • Key responsibilities include: • Supervising front of house operations across breakfast and lunch services. • Leading, motivating and supporting the front of house team. • Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries. • Managing stock ordering, stock control and monthly stock checks. • Operating and maintaining the coffee bar, including barista duties. • Ensuring food safety, health & safety and company compliance standards are met. • Completing operational paperwork and due diligence records. • Supporting the Chef Manager in achieving operational and financial targets. • What We're Looking For • Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering or retail. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Experience with cash handling and stock control. • Barista experience desirable. • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. Salary: £13.22 per hour (£27,573 per annum) Hours: 40 hours per week - No Late Nights Schedule working pattern • Work on a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including: • 07:00 - 15:30 • 09:00 - 17:30 • Later shifts as business needs dictate • All shifts include a 30-minute break.
