NOW RECRUITING – Apprentice Estates Manager Land and farming enterprises locally, My Client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice Estates Manager to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estate and land management, working alongside an experienced team in a varied, hands-on role where no two days are ever the same. The Role Your responsibilities will include assisting with the day-to-day management and maintenance of the estate, including: • Livestock care, including horses, cattle, sheep and dogs. • General estate and land maintenance. • Fencing, paddock management and machinery operation (training provided where required). • Property and facilities maintenance. • Supporting equestrian activities and wider estate operations. No two days the same. About You We are looking for someone who: • Has a genuine passion for the countryside and rural life. • Is confident working around horses, cattle, sheep and dogs. • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential). • Is hardworking, reliable and willing to learn. • Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
