Assistant Finance Business Partner

Assistant Finance Business Partner job in Warminster Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for: • Supporting the production of monthly management accounts and financial reports • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes • Providing variance analysis and commentary on business performance • Supporting operational managers with financial information and reporting • Producing KPI reports and performance dashboards • Identifying trends and providing actionable financial insight • Assisting with month-end close activities, including accruals and prepayments • Supporting business case preparation and financial modelling • Monitoring departmental expenditure against budget • Working with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding • Assisting with continuous improvement projects across finance and operations • Supporting year-end and audit processes What you'll need to succeed • AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA • Previous experience in management accounts, financial analysis or business partnering support • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and financial modelling • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business • Commercially aware with an interest in driving business performance What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
