Assistant Housing Officer

Job Description This office-based role is located at 10 Manner Street, Macduff, as part of the Quality Assurance Team under Housing Asset Management. The post requires a commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting continuous improvement across the team and wider organisation. As part of a newly established and evolving team, responsibilities may change over time. Hybrid Working is available Main Duties of the post are • Support the Service with the coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of defined workstreams within the Service • Maintain and update databases (e.g., Northgate, Excel); generate system reports as required • Provide administrative support across all housing-related processes There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
