Assistant Independent Living Partner
Bordon (GU35)
£15.17 per hour
3-Month Temporary Contract
37 Hours per Week
We're looking for a compassionate and organised Assistant Independent Living Partner to support older residents living independently within a busy housing scheme.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing tenancy and scheme management support
Carrying out agreed welfare contacts and signposting customers to relevant support services
Managing social alarm systems
Completing health & safety and compliance checks across schemes
Encouraging resident involvement and supporting community engagement
Using IT systems to maintain accurate records and manage your workload
What we're looking for:
Experience in housing, support, independent living or a customer-focused environment
Understanding of the needs of older people and promoting independent living
Strong communication and IT skills
Able to work independently and manage a lone-working role
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Willingness to travel across the region when required
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo a DBS check)
