This is the ideal role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step into management whilst remaining heavily involved in business generation, valuations and driving branch performance. What's on Offer? £30,000 Basic Salary £55,000+ OTE Uncapped Commission Structure Company Car Mobile Phone Birthday Off Every Year Corporate Gym Membership Perkbox Subscription Professional Development Sponsorship The Role • Supporting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions • Driving new business generation • Coaching and supporting negotiators • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers • Building relationships with landlords and applicants • Working towards branch and individual targets • Assisting with team development and performance Essential Requirements Applications without a minimum of 2 years' residential lettings experience will not be considered. Minimum 2 years' Lettings experience Experience generating new business and winning instructions Strong understanding of the lettings process Ambition to progress into management Reapit experience highly desirable Full UK Driving Licence required This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy office with strong stock levels and genuine progression opportunities.
