Day to dayyoullwork alongside the store manager to: • Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. About you • Bringing fresh ideas from yourpreviousexperience inretail management, ideally 1+ years • Passion for customer service & sales. • Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. • A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional) • This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
