Job description

Assistant Manager, Forensic Accounting About the team At Quantuma, our forensic accounting & investigations team has grown significantly in recent years. Quantuma is part of K3 Advisory Group, one of the most ambitious and fastest growing advisory firms in the UK. Work is received from a wide range of law firms in the UK and overseas, with few conflicts experienced by the firm. The Managing Directors are instructed in some of the highest profile litigation and arbitration matters in the UK and overseas. They have significant witness box experience. However, unlike many teams, we also undertake smaller assignments, allowing team members exposure to a wide range of work. The primary areas of work for the Forensic Team are expert witness and advisory services in disputes (eg shareholder disputes, M&A related disputes, negligence claims etc). In addition to disputes, the Forensic Team undertakes work in fraud, criminal, matrimonial, compulsory purchase, personal injury and medical negligence matters. They also work closely with their colleagues in the Quantuma Insolvency Team on fraud and asset tracing matters. In the next few months, Quantuma will merge with fellow K3 Advisory Group company, KR8 Advisory, to create one of the UK’s leading advisory firms with over 300 employees and across 11 offices, providing Restructuring & Insolvency, Real Estate Advisory, Forensic Accounting, Valuations and eDiscovery services to the UK market. About the role Ongoing growth in workflows means that the Forensic Team is now seeking to recruit a newly / recently qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant into the team. As a member of the Forensic Team, you will work closely with and support Experts and other senior staff on cases. Team members are given autonomy and encouraged to develop their careers, with full support of the Managing Directors and other senior team members.
