Location:Unit 5A White Rose Centre, Leeds LS11 8LL Hours per Week:39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview. Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum The Role As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to: • Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. What youll need to succeed • Retail leadership experience • Passion for customer service & sales. • Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. • A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional) Why Superdrug?
