The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of both pre- and post-contract services while gradually taking ownership of key workstreams. You will assist with cost planning, tendering, valuations, change control, reporting, and final accounts, while working closely with experienced surveyors, clients, contractors, and design teams. This opportunity would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who already has some consultancy experience and is ready to step into a role with greater exposure, stronger mentoring, and a clear route towards chartership and promotion.
