The Role • Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department. • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets. • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional customer journey. • Assist with stock management, sales processes, and compliance. What We're Looking For • A minimum of 2 years' automotive sales management experience. • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Full, clean UK driving licence. • A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
