This is a September 2026 role, full time and employed directly through the school. The role of an Assistant SENCO will be the following: • Teaching in an ARP with 6 children in (children are non-verbal / ASD) • Working & leading an experienced & strong HLTA • Supporting EHCP applications - writing & carrying out assessments • Initially working within the Primary School with a view in the long-term venturing over to their Nursery School and providing additional SEN support & leadership This is the perfect Assistant SENCO opportunity for a Primary Teacher who has a real passion and understanding of SEN.
