Core Responsibilities:
• Provide corporate and international tax advice to a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review complex tax computations and returns.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance for multinational organisations.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and deliver value-added services.
• Support senior management with client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK tax legislation and international tax developments.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
Profile
Assistant Tax Manager, Corporate & International credentials:
• A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proven expertise in corporate and international tax compliance and advisory work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in relevant tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
