Depending on portfolio allocation, this may include areas such as Estates Services, Patient Environment, Catering & Food Safety, Portering, Security & Fire, Waste & Sustainability, Transport & Logistics, Compliance & Risk, Contracts, Business Services and other essential support services that underpin patient care. The post plays a key role in delivering major Trust priorities, including supporting transformational programmes and other significant capital, infrastructure and service improvement initiatives. You will influence departmental and organisational strategy, lead large-scale change programmes, manage significant budgets and workforce responsibilities, and ensure compliance with national standards, regulations and best practice.
