Brief Overview of Role and Responsibilities People & Transformation Leadership Provides visible peoplefocused leadership across transformation programmes, supporting safe, effective and sustainable organisational change. Partners with leaders to ensure workforce impacts are understood, planned for and aligned to strategic priorities. Workforce Planning & Change Support Contributes to workforce redesign and planning through data driven insight, modelling and analysis. Supports managers and teams through change processes, offering guidance on consultation, engagement and best practice approaches. Culture, Engagement & Capability Building Promotes a positive, inclusive and learning focused culture throughout transformation activity. Supports capability building through coaching, education and development interventions that strengthen organisational readiness for change. People Policy, Standards & Governance Ensures transformation activity aligns with employment legislation, organisational policy and regulatory expectations. Supports governance processes by identifying, escalating and mitigating people related risks. Employee Experience & Wellbeing Advocates for a compassionate, person centred employee experience during periods of change. Helps ensure staff feel informed, supported and valued, contributing to wellbeing, retention and psychological safety. Collaboration & System Alignment Works closely with programme teams, service leads and corporate functions to ensure coordinated delivery of transformation milestones. Builds strong relationships that support joined up working and consistent people practice across the organisation. Data, Insight & Decision Support Provides high quality workforce insight to inform decision making, including analysis of trends, risks and opportunities. Supports leaders to make evidence based, people centred decisions throughout transformation programmes. Professional Standards & Accountability Upholds professional HR standards and organisational values, modelling integrity, fairness and accountability. Ensures people practice within transformation programmes is consistent, transparent and aligned to organisational expectations.
