Company Benefits: • 25 days annual leave • Excellent commission • Free Parking • Amazing progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and our database • Screening and qualifying candidates to understand their goals, skills, and what makes them tick • Building strong relationships with both candidates and consultants • Writing engaging job adverts and supporting with interview coordination • Helping match the right candidates to the right opportunities • Working closely with the wider team to smash targets and celebrate wins!
