Job description

SF Partners are supporting a brilliant, high growth business in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit an Auction Account Manager. Salary: £35,000 plus bonus Working pattern: full time office based with travel to clients About the Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Auction Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of auction properties. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you'll ensure properties are sale-ready, marketed effectively, and achieve the best possible auction outcome. Working closely with clients, buyers and internal teams, you'll manage the entire auction journey from instruction through to sale. Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of auction clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent service throughout the sales process. - Oversee properties from listing to completion, ensuring all marketing, legal documentation and property information is accurate and completed to a high standard. - Ensure properties are fully prepared for auction and ready to achieve the best possible result. - Monitor the performance of active listings, tracking buyer interest and recommending pricing or marketing amendments where required. - Advise clients on pricing expectations and auction strategy. - Ensure buyers are registered, qualified and prepared to bid. - Work alongside the sales team to monitor auctions and support the sales process. - Provide regular updates to clients on property performance and sales progress. - Attend client meetings and property visits, including regular travel to London and other locations. Skills & Experience Essential - Previous experience in account management, property sales, estate agency or auctions. - Strong organisational and relationship management skills. - Commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing and market expectations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple properties in a fast-paced environment. - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Desirable - Experience within the property auction sector. - Knowledge of residential property sales and auction processes.
