Audit Client Manager, with a genuine route to RI and Director Shropshire based or largely remote · Full-time · Circa £50,000 to £70,000, depending on experience and ambition · ACA or ACCA qualified If you're an audit manager who's ready to lead, and you can picture yourself becoming a Responsible Individual and then a Director, this is a firm that will actually get you there. The company • An established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Shrewsbury and Telford, and a strong name across Shropshire and the wider region. • Around 90 people. The role • Lead audits end to end, owning your assignments from planning through to completion. • Take on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across a real mix of sectors, including some larger, meatier clients. • Be the trusted point of contact your clients actually call, building relationships that last. • Supervise, mentor and review the seniors and trainees, and bring the next generation on. • Work closely with the Partners on technical matters and on growing the client base. • Reporting to the Audit Manager, with the room and the backing to step up.
