Key Responsibilities • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio • Preparing and reviewing accounts for a range of clients • Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional and confident manner • Supervising and supporting junior members of the team on both audit and accounts assignments • Assisting managers and partners on more complex assignments and technical matters • Managing your own workload effectively and ensuring deadlines are consistently met Requirements • ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with experience across both audit and accounts in a practice setting • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment • Proven experience leading audit assignments and preparing accounts for a range of client types • Good working knowledge of UK auditing standards and accountancy software such as Xero or Sage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident client-facing manner • Well organised with a proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to progress within practice
