Description • Oversee and manage audit engagements from planning to completion. • Ensure compliance with all relevant audit standards and regulations. • Work closely with the tax department to align audit processes with client requirements. • Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team. • Identify and address potential risks during audits, proposing effective solutions. • Review audit documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and practices within the firm. Profile A successful Audit Manager should have: • Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing (e.g., ACA, ACCA). • Strong knowledge of audit standards and practices within professional services. • Proven ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously. • Experience in mentoring and developing team members. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
