Responsibilities: As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will... • 70% of the time planning audit engagements and leading onsite teams • 30% of the time preparation of accounts and drafting tax computation's with clients to resolve queries, escalating complex matters to the manager or partner as appropriate. • Reviewing team members’ work to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to the manager. • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff, offering constructive feedback on work quality and performance. • Managing assignment time effectively to ensure completion within the allocated budget.
