Location: Hong Kong - relocation package on offer - industry experience required A leading proprietary trading firm in the crypto space is searching for an experienced Senior AWS Engineer/Architect to own and evolve its global trading infrastructure. The team operates at the cutting edge of high-frequency trading, processing billions in daily volume across venues worldwide. What you’ll do • Design and optimize multi-region AWS architectures to support ultra-low latency systems. • Engineer high-throughput data pipelines and automate large-scale deployments. • Deep-dive into Linux networking and system tuning for maximum performance. • Partner with developers and quants to align infrastructure with trading strategies. • Drive infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and security best practices across the platform. What we’re looking for • 8+ years in AWS architecture/engineering with production-grade systems. • Expertise in Linux internals, networking, and large-scale system optimization. • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and hands-on IaC experience (Terraform/Ansible). • Background in trading, HFT, or other ultra-low-latency environments is highly valued.
