Reed Talent Solutionsare hiring inNorthampton! We're looking to recruit aBadge Production Officerto join our Angard Staffingdepartment and support our Service Delivery Team. The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team are the team at the very start of a candidate’s journey to working for The Royal Mail Group! The team will work with a high volume of applications that have applied to work at The Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices up and down the United Kingdom. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed term contract until December 2026. Whatis aBadge Production Officer? As aBadge ProductionOfficeryou’dberesponsible forproducingaccurate, compliant identification badges for large volumes of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and adherence to security and client requirements. You'll be: • Creatingand printingID badges for new starters • Managing ID renewals for existing workers • Carryingout general administrative tasks to support the team What are we looking for? We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are confident in working towards and exceeding targets. It's also essential that you: • Are computer literate and confident utilising MS office systems • Are confident communicating via telephone and email • Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required What can Reed offer you?
