Job description

We are currently recruiting for three Speech & Language Therapist opportunities for a College with an Outstanding Specialist College (Ofsted, April 2025), with September start dates. We have the following vacancies available: Band 6/7 Speech & Language Therapist – Maternity Cover – Hillingdon Full-time (5 days per week, Term Time plus 4). Salary: Band 6 £42,823 - £50,559 or Band 7 £51,743 - £58,385, depending on experience. Band 6/7 Speech & Language Therapist – Maternity Cover – Sutton Full-time (5 days per week, Term Time plus 4). Salary: Band 6 £42,823 - £50,559 or Band 7 £51,743 - £58,385, depending on experience. Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist – Kingston Full-time (5 days per week, Term Time plus 4). Salary: £42,823 - £50,559, depending on experience. The College provides life-changing education and support to young people and adults with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities, including profound and multiple learning disabilities, communication and behavioural difficulties, and complex medical needs. We are looking for passionate Speech & Language Therapists who enjoy working with individuals with learning disabilities in creative, functional and person-centred ways. Successful candidates will independently manage clinical caseloads, assess communication and eating and drinking needs (including the use of AAC), support teaching staff through training and collaborative working, and work alongside external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
