To carry a defined caseload of people receiving specific psychological interventions and act as key worker for them as appropriate. To ensure that risk is assessed and managed following Trust policies and proceduresTo provide evidence based psychological interventions (individual and group) eg CBT as appropriate to your skills and training. In particular you will be providing interventions identified in care packages appropriate to your teamTo undertake specialised psychological assessment and formulation under the supervision of a clinical psychologist or BACBP accredited psychological therapistMaintenance of high quality clinical records working in accordance with Trust policy and proceduresWith Supervision and in collaboration with the clinical psychologist or BACBP accredited psychological therapist, to plan, assess, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
