Responsibilities:Practice at an advanced level to provide in-depth knowledge to deliver personalised care.Line manage direct reports, as appropriate, including all stages of recruitment, retention, attendanceand performance management.Facilitate change to promote practice development and service improvement/modernisation activities, in accordance with local and national service policy or guidance.Identify gaps in evidence and / or practice knowledge that require resolution through research andinitiate or assist in research activities as appropriate. What experience/skills are needed:Specialist clinical skills and experience at Band 6 level within specialist palliative careExperience of supporting/managing learners in practiceNegotiation and problem solving skillsYou will need to be able to assimilate clinical information quickly to provide specialist interventions You will be required to work across a 7 day a week service.
