Band 7 Primary Infant Mental Health Specialist - Bristol

To promote the mental health of preschool children in the area through the provision of a clinical and consultation service for under 4 year olds referred to the CAMHS team. This will include direct work and building capacity at Tier 1 through training and consultation/supervision. Direct work with parents and infants as appropriate predominantly short term but some longer term as clinically appropriate Working with the network and other agencies involved with referred cases Attend case conferences, professionals meetings etc. as required Providing consultation sessions to Health Visitors and Childrens Centres Telephone consultation with potential referrers about cases causing concern Please refer to job description for further details.
