Were looking for:
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• This is a bank position, so you must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends as and when required
Your role:
• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
