In conjunction with the Ward Manager/Deputy Ward Manager, identify and plan appropriate interventions that contribute to high staff morale and good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team. Positively contribute to the process of change within the ward. Contribute to the reduction of healthcare acquired infection by ensuring a high standard of infection control practice in the light of research, current best evidence and legislation.
