Bank Ward Host/ Hostess

Main Responsibilities • Support the delivery of evening meals to patients. • Ensure patients receive regular drinks and hydration support. • Liaise with nursing and clinical teams toassistwith patients' nutritional needs. • Serve food and beverages in a safe, hygienic, and caring manner. • Monitor food intake and reportconcernsto nursing staff. • Maintain ward pantries in line with food hygiene standards. • Collect and clear meal trays and replenish supplies. • Assistin creating a positive patient experience through excellent customer care.
