Main Responsibilities • Support the delivery of evening meals to patients. • Ensure patients receive regular drinks and hydration support. • Liaise with nursing and clinical teams toassistwith patients' nutritional needs. • Serve food and beverages in a safe, hygienic, and caring manner. • Monitor food intake and reportconcernsto nursing staff. • Maintain ward pantries in line with food hygiene standards. • Collect and clear meal trays and replenish supplies. • Assistin creating a positive patient experience through excellent customer care. What We're Looking For: • A caring and compassionate approach. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently. • Previoushospitality, catering, customer service, or healthcare experience would beadvantageousbut is not essential.
