Banking & Finance Solicitor

We are working with a top tier International law firm as they look to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor. The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. The Role • Advising on a range of issues across a full remit of banking and finance issues • Developing and maintaining knowledge on issues within banking and finance • Autonomously handled a varied caseload with minimal support • Actively participating in business development opportunities and maintain currently relationships with clientele • Provide high quality legal advice to clients About you • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE • Solid grounding in banking and finance • Personable individual to work within a collaborative team • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development On offer • Salary up to £130,000 DOE • Industry leading bonus scheme • 50% hybrid working arrangements • Private healthcare and life insurance Please reach out to Daniel Miller for more information.
