You will play a key hands-on role in producing high-quality banners and promotional materials, ensuring every job is finished to a professional standard and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: • Finishing banners — trimming, eyeletting and hemming. • Monitoring printers, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment • Quality checking all jobs before they leave the workshop • Packaging orders ready for customer collection or shipment • Working closely with the team to meet tight deadlines What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in print environment is preferred, but full training will be given. • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines • Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude • Physical fitness — comfortable standing for long periods and manual handling Why Join Us?
