Applicants must have the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the qualities needed to excel in this position. We’re looking for FULL/PART TIME individuals who are flexible and available for day and weekend shifts to work front of house in a team environment Opening Times: Monday - Sunday • 09:00 – 17:00 Daily duties: • Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly, positive attitude • Prepare and serve outstanding hot and cold drinks, plus simple fresh food • Create a clean, welcoming café environment and deliver excellent customer service • Be knowledgeable about the products on offer and answer questions confidently (or refer to the appropriate team member if needed) • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe work environment • Support your team with general café tasks as needed Desirable skills: • Be innovative and enthusiastic • Communicate confidently • Be a reliable team player • Openness and honesty are key • Be flexible and adaptable • Multitask and work safely under pressure • Use initiative and work without close supervision • Outstanding punctuality is expected • Excellent organisational skills Experience: • Barista experience: 2 year (required) • Hospitality or customer service: 2 years (required) • Latte art (required) If you’re ready to join a fun, supportive team and deliver an amazing café experience, we’d love to hear from you!
