BD Manager - Finance Practice - US Law firm

An international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its Finance practice across London and Europe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced business development professional to work closely with partners, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance client engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement business development plans, budgets, and campaigns for the Finance practice. • Support pitches, RFPs, presentations, and marketing initiatives. • Coordinate seminars, sponsorships, webinars, and other events. • Produce reports on clients, markets, and trends. • Maintain marketing materials, lawyer bios, and client lists. • Foster collaboration between teams and ensure consistent branding. About You • Degree-level education or equivalent experience. • Strong background in business development, marketing, or communications in professional or financial services. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools. • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Able to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and take initiative.
