Behaviour Assistant - SEN School - Reading Pay: £90.00 - £105.00/ day Start Date: ASAP Are you a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Assistant looking for a new role in Reading? Do you have a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional regulation skills? A supportive and inclusive SEN School in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will support pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, helping them engage positively with learning and develop strategies to manage their emotions and behaviour. You will work with students who may have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties, providing support both in and out of the classroom to ensure they can access education in a safe and structured environment. You will work alongside experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and pastoral staff who are committed to providing the best support for every pupil.
