Do you have experience supporting children with behavioural needs? Can you travel to Hackney? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role for you!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support KS2 pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement. You will work on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups, using positive behaviour strategies to encourage confidence, independence, and improved learning outcomes. Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will help implement behaviour plans and create a supportive environment where pupils can thrive. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and confident managing challenging behaviour. Previous experience supporting children with ADHD, SEMH, or related needs is highly desirable.
