Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - Enfield - September Start - Full Time - Long Term - £90-£110 Per Day (dependent on experience) • Behaviour Mentor required in Enfield • Behaviour Mentor required to start in September • Behaviour Mentor required to provide 1:1 support for KS2 pupils with behavioural needs • Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential Are you a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor? Do you have experience supporting children with behavioural needs? Can you travel to Enfield? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, providing consistent support to help improve behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will work alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support plans and encourage positive choices throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils while maintaining clear boundaries. Previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs, SEMH, or ADHD is essential.
