Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School Location: Haringey, North London Salary: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only | September Start Behaviour Mentor - Secondary SchoolAre you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning? Do you have experience working with teenagers and the ability to build positive relationships? Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work in welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in students' education while gaining valuable school-based experience. The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will: • Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support. • Help students remain engaged and focused in lessons. • Build positive relationships with pupils who require additional support. • Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff and SEN teams. • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. • Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
