Behaviour Mentor - HaringeyHaringey, North London | Full-Time | September 2026 Start | £100-£115 per day | Term Time Only Are you confident building positive relationships with young people and passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Haringey seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young people to achieve both academically and personally. The school is committed to creating a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students develop positive behaviours, improve attendance, increase engagement in lessons and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom. The RoleYou will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support. Some pupils may have diagnosed additional needs such as ADHD, Autism or SEMH, while others simply require consistent mentoring and guidance to help them reach their potential. Working closely with Heads of Year, the SENDCo, safeguarding team and classroom teachers, you will deliver targeted interventions, provide in-class support where required and encourage students to make positive choices throughout the school day. Every day will be different, making this an incredibly rewarding position for someone who enjoys working with young people.
