Do you have experience working with children who display challenging behaviour? Are you able to travel to Haringey? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them overcome behavioural barriers to learning. You will implement tailored behaviour support strategies, encourage positive choices, and build trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation and confidence. Working alongside teachers, SEN staff, and school leaders, you will help create a calm and structured learning environment where pupils can thrive. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and committed to making a positive impact. Previous experience supporting children with behavioural or complex needs is essential for this role.
