Behaviour Support Assistant – Old Trafford Full-Time | 8:30am – 3:30pm Are you experienced in supporting pupils with behavioural needs or looking to step into a role where you can make a tangible difference each day? A school in Old Trafford is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour and remain engaged in learning. Your day-to-day will include: • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis • Implementing behaviour strategies set by the school • Helping pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with lessons • Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm and productive classroom • Supporting during break/lunch to promote positive interactions This is a hands-on, rewarding role where consistency, patience and strong relationship-building skills are key.
